Your satisfaction with your new artwork is our priority. Since every piece is custom-made specifically for your order, our policy balances custom production with customer care.
1. Return Eligibility (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
- We accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item (e.g., wrong design or size).
- Time Frame: You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date to report an issue.
2. The Return/Exchange Process
- Step 1: Contact Us: Email our support team immediately at email . Please include your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- Step 2: Review: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Step 3: Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a replacement item (exchange) or a full refund, as per your request.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after the returned item is inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or if you simply change your mind, as every piece is custom-printed for you. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
